Stated precisely rather than flatteringly, because the distinctions matter. Audio and the transcript do go to the cloud to be processed; nothing else does, and nothing is kept.
Audio, transcripts and summaries are saved on the computers you run the application on, encrypted at rest. They are uploaded only to be processed, and our servers store no original recording once the result comes back.
To transcribe a meeting the audio goes to our speech-to-text provider, and to summarise it the transcript goes to an AI provider, both over encrypted connections. That is the whole of what leaves your machines for processing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Camera footage and image files stay on the computer that captured them. They are not sent to us or to any processing provider at any point.
When several of your PCs share a speaker's profile so the same person is recognised on each, they send it directly to each other over an encrypted channel while both are online. It is not written to any database of ours — not even encrypted.
Your account and company details, who your members are, your summary templates, your meeting reservations, and a metered record of how many minutes were used — the duration, not the content.
Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore a transcript you lose. The application has an encrypted export for backups, and keeping them is worth the two minutes.
Transcription and summarisation are metered in hours, which we call AI Power. There are three separate pools and they are spent in this order.

The hours included in your monthly subscription. They reset at each renewal and do not roll over.

A company with no subscription and no registered Innex device has no AI Power, and transcription will not run. Signing up is still free.

Recording the room while Zoom, Teams or Meet is using the same camera relies on a Windows setting added in build 26100.3321, so that feature needs Windows 11 24H2 or later. Everything else works on any Windows 11.
