Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Innex Meeting Agent, comprising the desktop application, the web dashboard and the related online services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Fun Technology Innovation Inc., a company incorporated in Taiwan (Republic of China) under company registration number 53621838, with its registered office at 18F.-3, No. 93, Sec. 1, Xintai 5th Rd., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City 221416, Taiwan (R.O.C.), trading as FunTech Innovation ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing the desktop application or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.

Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

1. The Service

Innex Sense records meeting audio on computers you control, produces a transcript with speakers separated, and generates a written summary of that transcript using artificial intelligence. It also provides a web dashboard for administering your organisation's accounts, devices, meeting reservations and summary templates.

The product page sets out what the Service does not do. In particular, it runs on Windows 11 only, it does not archive your recordings for you, it requires an internet connection, and transcripts and summaries are produced automatically and may contain errors.

2. Accounts and organisations

An account belongs to an organisation. The person who creates the organisation is its owner and is the only account that can purchase, change or cancel a subscription. Owners and administrators may invite further members and assign roles.

You are responsible for:

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is offered for business use and is not directed at consumers or children.

3. AI Power, quotas and fair use

Transcription and summarisation consume AI Power, measured in hours of audio processed. AI Power comes from three separate pools, spent in this order:

PoolHow you get itExpiry
Device hours5 hours per month for each Innex device (such as Omni or Cube) registered to your organisationReset monthly; unused hours are lost
Plan hoursIncluded in your monthly subscriptionReset at each renewal; unused hours are lost
Top-up hoursPurchased in packs of 10 hoursDo not expire

AI Power is pooled across your whole organisation: every member draws from the same balance. When all three pools are empty, transcription will not run until the next reset or until you purchase more. Unused hours from the monthly pools have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service, and we may contact you if usage patterns indicate automated, resold or otherwise abnormal use.

4. Your content and your legal responsibilities

"Your Content" means the audio you record and everything derived from it, including transcripts, summaries, speaker voice profiles and contact details. Your Content belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.

Recording consent is your responsibility. Recording a conversation without the knowledge or consent of the people in it is unlawful in many places. The Service does not announce that it is recording and does not obtain consent on your behalf. You are solely responsible for obtaining every consent, giving every notice and keeping every record that the law requires of you, wherever you and the other participants are.

You agree not to use the Service:

5. Where your content is held

Recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored on the computers you run the desktop application on, encrypted at rest. We do not keep copies of them. Voice profiles and face data are synchronised directly between your own computers and are not stored on our servers in any form.

The consequence is important: we cannot recover Your Content for you. If a computer is lost, wiped or fails, anything held only on it is gone. Keeping backups is your responsibility, and the desktop application provides an encrypted export for that purpose.

Audio and transcripts are transmitted to third-party providers for processing while a meeting is being transcribed and summarised. The Privacy Policy identifies those providers and what they receive.

6. Fees, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment enquiries and all questions about billing, and provides customer service for the purchase itself.

We may change our prices. A price change takes effect for you at your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it does. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Immediate performance and your right to cancel

Please read this before you pay. The Service is digital content that is supplied immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we begin supplying it at once, before any statutory cancellation or withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal in respect of what has been supplied.

You confirm this at checkout. This does not affect your legal rights where those rights cannot be waived.

What this means in practice is set out in the Refund Policy, which is short and which you should read before buying a top-up pack.

8. Cancellation and what happens next

The owner of an organisation may cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page of the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep the Service and the plan hours you paid for until then, and you are not charged again. Until that date you may resume the subscription from the same page.

After the subscription ends, plan hours stop. Device hours and any unused top-up hours remain available. Your account, your organisation and your members are not deleted; you can subscribe again at any time.

You may delete your account from the dashboard. Deleting the last account in an organisation deletes the organisation and everything we hold for it. This is irreversible.

9. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment is not made, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to put the breach right. If we terminate your paid subscription other than for your breach, we will refund the unused remainder of the period you have paid for.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including the desktop application, the dashboard, our trade marks and all underlying software, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your organisation's internal business purposes during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

11. Accuracy, and no warranty

Transcripts and summaries are produced automatically by speech-recognition and AI language models. They will sometimes be wrong — words may be misheard, speakers may be mislabelled, and a summary may state something that was not said or omit something that was. Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accents, crosstalk and subject matter, none of which we control.

You must not rely on a transcript or summary as an accurate, complete or official record without checking it against the meeting itself. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for any legal, medical, financial, employment or safety decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or for any loss or corruption of data or content — including Your Content held on your own computers — however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including any claim brought by a person whose conversation you recorded.

14. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We continue to develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. We may amend these Terms; if a change materially affects your rights we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, you may cancel under section 8.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version governs.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this clause does not remove that right.
